quickly assemble the legislature. I really do not have much issue with anything that happened from spring break until memorial day last year. I think that was all well intentioned.

Anything after that had more than enough time to go through the legislature. I believe that many of the restrictions would have been constitutional if enacted that way. Mandates from the governor are problematic.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
