Who could oppose letting individual voters deciding how to secure their own votes? We know the Communist states will never require voter ID for everyone, but what if they let the individual voter require ID similar to credit cards a few years ago where the consumer could require the merchant to ask for ID?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
