deadly for a suspect who was complying with an officer's instructions?

If you resist a police officer you are almost guaranteeing a negative response and nine times out of ten you will be the one on the receiving end of the negativity. If you cooperate with the officers the chances of a negative interaction drop to almost zero.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
