Forget if those ballots change the outcome or not. That isn't the point. If the left truly believes voting is such a sacred right and privilege, why not take all practical means to ensure that all voters are legal and authorized voters? And if picture ID is used for all of the other societal interactions we know they are used for, how is it too tall a burden to be used for something as sacred as voting?
