comply or die should be used for every request from the police. If they started shooting people for failing to blow into the breathalyzer, there would be a much better compliance rate there, as well. Ran that stop light? Shot in the head. Didn't wear your seatbelt? Shot in the head. Not wearing your mask appropriately? Shot in the head. Sometimes it takes excessive force to get the message across to the peasants that you will respect the authority of government. Or else.
