The prosecution started out the trial claiming that his knee to the neck cut off blood flow. After multiple prosecution witnesses testified that his knee was not cutting off blood flow they switched mid-trial to claiming that his knee to the back kept Floyd from breathing. So which was it?
Or could it have been the more than fatal dose of fentanyl he had just taken? Maybe it was related to the meth in his system? Or could it have been related to his arteries, some of which were 90% blocked?
Any form of murder charge has to prove that the defendant was the actual cause of the death. I have not seen that yet and the defense has not called a single witness.
