If he didn’t resist, we wouldn’t be talking about this. The vast majority of people who resist arrest, in some shape or form, don’t die. However, it doesn’t take an MIT grad to know that if you do resist, your chances of dying that day go up dramatically compared to zero chance if you comply fully.
