your children virtually is flat out lying to you. At best virtual learning is slapping a bandade on an arterial bleed.
For a vast majority of students virtual learning is somewhat ineffectual to a complete train wreck. Given the parameters schools were forced to work within most did the best job that they could. But that was still nowhere near the normal standards of teaching.
If I had tried to maintain my normal classroom standards for the past year I estimate my failure rate would have been somewhere around 80%, teachers had to make massive adjustments to expectations and that affected the quality of our instruction.
