Second, I agree with his lawyers that Cincy is trying to weasel its way out of the contract.

Third, just like we saw with Gregg Marshall at Wichita State, if you recruit several whiny "lockerroom cancer" type players — in this new era of transfer free agency — mass exodus / player mutiny situations like this will become more common.
