doesn’t the DA usually have to deliberate, evaluate, and speculate as to whether this should be a hate crime ...and that usually takes weeks.
In this case a white guy is a slam dunk hate merchant. He’s a transient but they make no mention of a history of mental illness.
Wouldn’t be surprised to see this called domestic terrorism.
