A male salesman who sold $5 million of high tech gear made more money than a female sales person who sold $87,000 worth of gear. They work for the same company, have the same job title in the same department.

I know, right?

That kind of blatant sexism has got to go. Equal pay for equal effort.

Results shouldn’t matter anymore. The lady tried, but she didn’t do as well as the guy. It’s not her fault, we have institutional sexism in this country and she is a victim. The male sales person is the beneficiary of penis privilege.

And yet the guy got paid a lot more money. Like I said, unbelievable but this horror story may be true.
