the reporting of the police tribune. Based on what was in that article, it wouldn't be a very long trial. And if there is anything in there that is incorrect, I'd assume it would be slanted in the off-duty cop's favor since it is the police tribune reporting it. So I took an educated guess based on information I have currently and could be wrong.
