the problem. But as long as criminals, gang members, terrorists and psychos can get their hands on guns (and they can, even if illegally), all the laws in the world will do nothing to stop them.
One suggestion: Make all crimes committed with a firearm punishable by an automatic minimum sentence. No plea bargains. No parole. No legal loopholes.
