They've proven they can. It's whether or not they can help distinguish your program from the competition. I have no doubt you could take the mid major all stars and they could compete very well in any P6 conference but that's not what's happening. The available top players are going to various schools. All our competition is picking quality transfers through the portal as well so it's really almost impossible to say how good or bad we will be next year. We will have some good players. No disrespect to them but whether or not they are better than the competition remains to be seen.
