that clear.
Which polling places tend to have longer lines? Urban areas, so let's deter them by reducing the number of polling places in those areas, not allow anyone to give water to people in those lines (let's face it...there won't be enough poll workers to do that sort of thing). Oh, and if you are in line 3 hours early but the polls close while yiu are still in line, maybe we'll let you submit a provisional ballot.
Let's also change your polling place every election, so when you show up at the wrong place, you now can't even submit a provisional ballot.
Let's also reduce the number of places you can get a conforming ID in your area, and make the hours yiu can get the ID from 9am to 4pm, while you are at work. If you've ever been to.a DMV, multiply the line wait by 3 for a typical DMV center in the inner core. Let's not forget that you had to prove ID when you registered to vote in the first place.
For students, your state issued photo ID at State U isn't good enough to vote, but if you have a concealed carry license with no photo, that will work.
There are a thousand other reasons, but these are enough. It's not about being lazy or stupid. It's about some groups having to jump more hurdles every time an election doesn't go the way of the GOP. And no, these rules aren't applied to.the entire electorate equally.
