in the Ga bill cause they already did that.

But they did use it in a clever new way.
To vote absentee you now have to write your ID number on the ballot. The ID you had to show to get on the rolls to get an absentee ballot in the first place. Its designed so that X number of people will forget/not realize they had to do it -and thus nullify their vote. Voter suppression.

They have eliminated the Sunday voting which was a big
a distinct block of "souls to the polls" that were used
by black congregations. It was targeted at blacks of course. voter suppression

Its now illegal to give someone a drink or bite to eat .
They purposely reduced some vote sites and machines to make lines long. when that didn't quite work to suppress the votes as desired they now seek to suppress those voters AGAIN. targeted suppression.

Now none of that is racist ...per se, they just don't want blacks to vote so much.
