cannot have unlimited immigration to the US, which is potentially what we face. Half the world would show up tomorrow if they could.

No dem today would say we should limit immigration - or certainly they would never give the figure. Too gutless. They just babble feel-good bullshlt, knowing their fans don't care and are uneducated about it anyway.
