against businesses that did not comply with mask mandates and banned any county or municipality from fining people or businesses due to coronavirus safety violations.
He also will forbid governments or private businesses from requiring proof of a vaccine to enter:
“It’s completely unacceptable for either the government or the private sector to impose upon you the requirement that you show proof of vaccine to just simply be able to participate in normal society.”
