Pickle also posted a great article about traffic cops in general in the last few months.

fortunately, the insurance companies have actually toned down rates due to tickets, but the use of these things for revenue generation is horrible, and not the least bit worried about safety.

As I said with Jaywalking below, the laws should be written around safety and safety alone...because these laws have been completely abused by authorities, and they are not even shy about it anymore.

There was that one town near the Ozarks that was famous for a speeding trap that generated something like 50% of that town's revenue.

And who gets hurt the worse....poor people.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
