sentence (and, though not pointed out, the same with your last sentenece), I'll focus on your misunderstanding of pickle's philosophy as it relates to crimes, laws, and bad things happening.
Pickle has never said that a voluntary society comes without bad people or infringements. He's also never said that there wouldn't be laws, rules, or crimes. In fact, he talks about rethinking the concept of crime constantly on this Board (not eliminating it, but rethinking it). The philosophy suggests that these very, very important parts of interpersonal human interaction should not be subject to government monopoly, but rather free market solutions.
So, every time you say he doesn't believe in laws, crime, or bad people doing bad things, you're mischaracterizing everything he says. Start with trying to understand what he says.
