want a representative form of government. The other 25 want no rules, no laws, no taxes and only property rights and natural rights.

Should there be majority rule and establish laws and responsibilities for everyone, or should the 25 utopian idiots get to make decisions for everyone else? You know… Impose their will on others without benefit of voting?
