I can only hope that this movement to abandon good practices for the next 3 months does not lead to a 3rd wave. I think there will be a small spike coming up, but that is it. HAD the nation taken this more seriously and the former president led the nation to do so rather than do the opposite, we could have moved on 6-8 months ago.

Govt was faced with the PROSPECT of wide-spread disruption and death, officials responded in some case with over-reach. We didn't have a vaccine for most of 2020, so officials took the steps they did and Conservatives did what they do - which is whine.
