to re-read (if you ever bothered in the first place) the ME's report.
the plaintiff's attorney's paid for an autopsy after the fact and that was ONE finding. what's not discussed is they don't re-examine the body they simply read the ME's report and then come up with their own conclusions.
should someone be found guilty, beyond a reasonable doubt, when there are conflicting medical reports?
