Actual accomplishments and failure to accomplish matter.
This season xixsx was hanging by a frayed thread. It broke.
Rational specific pros and cons comments welcome. Personal attacks because you can't handle the facts are not.

Here's part of that post.
A) Poor coaching
B) Poor recruiting after 1st year
C) Poor player development
D) Poor game planning
E) Poor fan attendance/enthusiasm
F) Poor player execution
G) Poor player BB IQ
Coach Martin is seemingly an extremely nice man, and a high character guy. But for millions of dollars, you need to be able turn all those poors into good to greats. He started off well, but has consistently underachieved.
