As circumstances beyond your control hit, you are often faced with needing to make such decisions. Yes, you work to eliminate those times, but they very clearly occur. This past year with COVID certainly put many leaders in that spot.

Again meat, at one point in my career I really didn't face such decisions. But I was blessed with great mentors through the years and some opportunities I likely didn't earn but I was given. And I hope the very same for you.
