So language, gender, race and science are social constructs because they exists only because humans agree that they exists

I know they will argue that they exist no matter if no human believes in them or not, but I guess they know more about absolute truths then I do. I guess I will never understand arguments regarding natural rights and positive rights since I believe they are social constructs.

So from my understanding of their logic is that only some ideas of humans like property ownership, are like the trees, water and sex. They existed before the language we called them
