claims proudly in an interview "I'm fully who I am." And we are supposed to look beyond biology, facts and agree that this awkward, awful looking male is who she is.

If someone claims they are John F. Kennedy, equally as biologically disprovable, do we accept them as now being fully who they are because they say that is what they are? And if not, why not?
