are the ones who "play to win" even by breaking the laws, which they themselves helped pass.

A quick look at the state voting laws they blatantly violated when it was obvious Dementia Joe was going to get hammered are recent examples.

They were the first to get rid of the filibuster so they could railroad the minority party.

They were the first to "Bork" highly qualified Supreme Court nominees.

The first to use smear tactics to "Bork" highly qualified Supreme Court nominees... etc.
