Hard to believe you have an "at risk" mother...

with those opinions. A lot of "at risk" people live in facilities which have caretakers and therefore others not wearing masks can infect them who can infect the residents.

None of those people are "afraid" by the way. Many of them don't even have capacity to have such a fear. But they are also completely at the mercy, because of their circumstances, to those on the outside to do the right thing. That's an inconvenience, but not much to ask in the scheme of things...to wear a mask.
