he can understand this is a results oriented business and we weren’t good enough in 2019, and that ultimately falls on him.

On the other side he probably feels that there were a lot of things outside his control as a HC that drove the underachievement and that he deserved 2020 to get it right.

Barry is a smart man, contrary to what many on here believe. You don’t get to where he is without some intelligence and perspective.
