social worker or guidance counselor, then his salary should be commensurate of that — 1% of what we're currently paying him.
As an SEC head coach making $3+ MILLION per year, his job is to serve the interests of the university. That doesn't mean he has to deceive his players, but he should be highlighting the many benefits of staying for another year and encouraging them to do so.
Without any returning seniors, next year will be a complete rebuild — year five, square one. But why should CM care with a fool like Sterk as his boss, and a fan base that doesn't mind paying $3 MILLION per year for the services of a guidance counselor?
It's so frustrating.
He needs to do his fvcking job and recruit some SEC-caliber athletes so we don't need a roster full of seniors to reach the NCAA tournament every 3-4 years.
