There is a homicide crisis in the United States, especially in inner cities which are flooded with unregistered, stolen, and illegal firearms. In order to stop this crisis, how should the federal government go about limiting the manufacturer, distribution, and sale of even MORE firearms when there are already so many on our streets?
Should the federal govt enter a mandate against the new production of firearms until this crisis is cleaned up? Should the federal govt go door to door in high homicide rate areas and start confiscating firearms?
Or would an honest answer suggest that there is some federal overreach and unconstitutional actions at play?
