no restrictions to deal with and have not had any restrictions. My county is filled with plenty of people who think Covid is no big deal yet these three all said the exact same thing. And they noted that many of their buddies in the industry have noted that a lot of the places that shut down were headed down that road anyway because they were poorly run. An analogy was made to people with Covid that had pre-existing conditions. Covid was the death knell but death was coming anyway.
Running a restaurant, by the way, is a terrible idea. Too many people do it thinking it'll be fun or it's their dream but they really don't know that it's an extremely tough and competitive business.
