with it. I address admins in my building as Dr. If they have earned one and coaches as Coach. I address my Dr. and dentist as Dr. ____. And I always address pastors as Reverand, Father or Pastor.
In their professional duties they have earned that respect. At a casual social function I do not use the honorifics.
