That Justice Clarence Thomas is not celebrated during this month is disappointing to the point of being inexcusable. His story is inspiring. What he has achieved is remarkable. And as we saw in his dissent today, he is simply a brilliant legal mind combining a passion for our Constitution with a whole lot of common sense. And the latter is in desperate short supply any more.
