It took about the first half of set 1 against Tennessee to see that Newsome couldn't hold a candle to Fuentes, didn't have to lose 6 sets over two nites to show that.
I'd like to see Fuentes return for another year but I doubt if it happens even with the Covid waiver. She's been fun to watch and a great asset to MU volleyball.
