solid foundation. Larry did a good job getting us back on the map a bit for a few years but GP actually built a program and stuck with the principles he learned from James. Sometimes was too bullheaded but to his credit the program was rock solid regarding structure, 'how we do things', we do what we do, identifying and developing kids with potential, and a consistent staff. Very old school guy with field position, limit penalties, limit turnovers and special teams. NC type of coach probably not but a great builder of a program in my opinion.
