It doesn't sound right, which is why I wanted to check the veracity of the story. But my post is really about why I have to look into it and why is it so hard to decide if something really happened.

During the campaign I saw a video of Biden speaking that had been edited. He was saying some pretty outlandish things. It looked real as hell. I can even read lips a little and it looked like that is what he was saying. It was a total fake.

And both sides obviously do it.
