refuted. To my knowledge, once they called her out for things such as not being a data scientist, not being the chief architect of the web portal, etc. she never refuted those points. She also lied about some pretty basic things that were easy to confirm or deny like this email:
"Jones told Curry that her email to the listserv had been an innocuous message informing the public that she was taking a vacation because she “was tired and needed a break from working two months straight.” A copy of the original listserv email reviewed by National Review shows that Jones made no mention of fatigue or vacation; she instead announced that she had been taken off the data team and implied her transfer would harm the health department’s transparency."
And even though she said she was asked to manipulate data, her real complaint was data being taken down and re-posted. However, that was standard practice in FL.
I get being hesitant to trust the messaging coming from the gov't, but they appeared to lay out facts she couldn't refute. She's also in an ongoing criminal case involving stalking so I think she has a crazy side to her.
