he banned some steel imports (at one point I think it was all)...so if you bought steel, your options were limited.
By adding tariffs, he also increased the price of goods to those items subjected to those tariffs.
At some point, those costs are passed onto the consumer.
He put a mess in the whole shipping/trade logistics
Those are all anti-capitilism, and would fall under fascism...
