or illegally changed is willfully ignorant.
You could argue, ineffectively in my opinion, that those changes did not impact the election. But to claim that they never happened shows a level of amazing ignorance.
Sadly it does not really matter if the vote was legal or if the ballot box was stuffed. Once those ballots made it into the system they were official votes and even if you could prove that they were illegal there was no remedy short of invalidating the whole election and doing it again. No judge in the nation would ever do that.
