I’ve heard some people in the know even call it a national emergency. Point being, more fitter work isn’t the issue. It’s actually finding skilled labor to do the job. These guys have more job security than most and don’t rely on the Keystone Pipeline happening for their livelihoods.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
