Watched a story on landlords not being able to evict renters

for non payment due to the pandemic. A lot of it has nothing to do with the renter being affected by covid. They just use it as an excuse to not pay. It's unbelievable that the government can just decide that someone can occupy your property for as long as they want and not pay you anything for it and you can't do anything about it. If the gov is going to do that they should be responsible for paying the rent.

This country is headed for a train wreck and the train is picking up speed every day.
