impeachment is clearly laid out in the constitution. The Presiding officer is to be the chief justice of the supreme court.
But, asstray says that the constitution doesn’t apply here, because this is not a trial. Asstray, you have solidified your position as the stupidest flucking poster on this board.
It seems to be just fine, with the stupidest flucking poster on this board, that the presiding judge in this impeachment trial, is a Partisan Democrat who has announced his opinion that the president should be impeached and convicted.
