I can understand to some extent with international travel or travel to more remote places.....but so many potential problems with this.
I am going to Tampa this weekend....now I would have to find a time and place to get a test before the trip (fairly easy since I am near home)...but what about coming back home. Finding testing places when not at home..no so easy..and how does that get paid for?
