Iraq was foolhardy.
He is incorrect in his retelling of the story of what was in the AUMF he voted for. Nowhere does it claim Saddam was responsible for 9/11. Nowhere did it (or Bush) claim Iraq was responsible for anything but harboring members of Al-Queda post 9-11 (which they did)
"Whereas members of al Qaida, an organization bearing responsibility for attacks on the United States, its citizens, and interests, including the attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, are known to be in Iraq"
