If Trump were anything, he was completely inconsistent and out of his league in dealing with it. One minute he is praising Fauci...the next minute they are fighting and contradicting each other...and nothing was actually new....for a guy who liked to keep a tight lid on his administration (demonstrated by multiple firings/departures of other cabinet members), the whole HHS/CDC/VP/task force stuff was a mess.
