back in the early 2000s we had 'green door training', which was essentially all men are evil sexual predators and want to rape women all day long training.
Don't think that doesn't affect the comradery of a unit, messing up relationships that existed prior to SJW PC crap being shoved down your throat.
This is more of the same crap, focusing on a problem that doesn't exist, and it does nothing to put bombs on target/bullets on foreheads.
