But she would make it so ridiculously inconvenient, expensive and demeaning to own one, that she’d affectively ban guns.
If her bill passed would the socialists start giving psychological exams to inner-city gang bangers and force them to pay $800 for the privilege of being mentally examined? Or would colored people get a free mental examination since every colored person is poor?
