I was good friends with several wonderful African Americans when I was at the Rabbi Muhammad Weinstein's International School of Peace and Interpretive Dance.
I understand the life journey and unique experience of our darker brothers and sisters. I saw them silently dance the emotions of their souls, but what was unique about it was they did it in a Romanian style of the polka, while signing their thoughts in an old variant of the Finnish language. It showed me exactly what it was like. Beautiful.
